Event description

Bullying in the workplace is a common occurrence. It can be very damaging to employee morale, productivity, mental health, and even their mental health. Bullying in the workplace might not seem possible because we associate bullying with the schoolyard and almost always with someone who is physically bigger than us. Bullying in the workplace is more psychological than physical. It can cause more harm to individuals than any physical attack. This course is designed to help employers recognize and stop workplace bullying and train employees to report those who do.

Bullies are not allowed in any workplace and such behavior is unacceptable for any company. The safety and health of workers is the first priority for any company. This is the responsibility of both the employer and the employee. All members of a team are responsible for one another; employees for their employers, employers for their employees and employees for their employers. These techniques will teach team members how to spot signs of bullying and how it can impact their workplace. This course is essential in creating a welcoming and harmonious work environment. It also encourages respect for others, including inexperienced professionals. This training course can be paired with sessions that require social interaction and sessions on company policy. It also encourages team building. Contact us to learn more about our training courses and other services.
