About Northern Adelaide Head to Health

At Northern Adelaide Head to Health, we’re breaking down the barriers to accessible and timely mental health care. We support people aged 16 and over who are experiencing distress or suicidal thoughts by offering immediate mental health support.

Guests can attend our service without the need for an appointment, referral or mental health treatment plan. With an open door, we’re there for our community now and can provide connections to extra support for later.

Northern Adelaide Head to Health is open every day of the week; Monday to Friday from 8.30 am – 9 pm, and weekends and public holidays from 12 pm – 6.30 pm. Learn more at sonder.net.au/headtohealth
