In today’s fast paced and competitive landscape, diversity of thought is a driving force behind creative problem solving and achieving business objectives. By recognising the importance of diverse perspectives and understanding how different individuals collaborate and operate in team settings, businesses can unlock their teams’ true potential. 

In this workshop you will focus on unpacking and reflecting on your own thinking preferences and those of your employees. Insights into these individual thinking styles will highlight the unique strengths and contributions each person can bring to the table. Delve into the opportunities and challenges that arise from diversity of thought in team environments. 

Through this workshop you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage diverse perspectives effectively.

• How applying diversity of thought can give it a voice to individuals within your business

The facilitator of this topic, ECU's Executive Education Team at the School of Business and Law is dedicated to providing impactful workshops tailored to help small businesses in Western Australia thrive through sustainable growth. If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
