Learn essential skills to support friends, family members and colleagues.
The course teaches managers, supervisors and individuals how to assist a co-worker who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

What will I get?
- A Mental Health First Aid Manual
- Access to Online Learning (6 hours)
- Two live Online Workshops with an experienced and Mental Health First Aid Australia Accredited Instructor
- Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years)
What does the program include?
In order to qualify for a Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years), participants must complete the Online Learning, attend both Workshops, and complete the Accreditation Assessment.

Who is the workshop facilitator?
Caitlin Marshall is an experienced trainer and facilitator. She holds a Certificate IV in Teaching & Training. Caitlin has been a teacher and trainer in Community Services, Domestic Violence and Vicarious Trauma. She co-designed MakeShift: Creativity on Prescription, a program that is pioneering alternative mental health support in NSW.
