Workplace Rights & Advocacy

Know your rights, navigate discrimination, and advocate for yourself and others.

What we'll cover:

Do you know your rights at work? Whether you’re navigating discrimination, microaggressions, or uncertainty about how to advocate for yourself and others, understanding your workplace rights is key to building confidence and thriving professionally.

In this one-hour online masterclass, you’ll gain practical tools to identify and respond to workplace discrimination, understand your legal protections, and advocate effectively for yourself and your peers. Facilitated by Bedi, an experienced HR professional and inclusion advocate, this session will combine real-world insights with actionable strategies to help you create fairer, more inclusive workplaces.

This is a safe and empowering space to learn, ask questions, and strengthen your voice at work.

Key Session Outcomes — What You’ll Walk Away With:

By the end of this masterclass, participants will:

  • Understand their rights and protections under Australian workplace laws

  • Recognise different forms of discrimination and bias in the workplace

  • Learn practical strategies to respond to unfair treatment or discrimination
