Workplace sexual harassment affects people across all industries and job types. This training provides a valuable opportunity for those entering the workforce, returning to work, or navigating their current employment settings to understand their rights, build confidence, and gain skills to help create and contribute to safer work environments.

The ability to define and identify workplace sexual harassment more clearly.
An understanding of the gendered drivers of violence and other causal factors.
An understanding of the nature and impact of workplace sexual harassment in Australia.
Skills to promote safe, appropriate bystander action to challenge and work to prevent workplace sexual harassment.
