Workplace sexual harassment affects people across all industries and job types. This training provides a valuable opportunity for those entering the workforce, returning to work, or navigating their current employment settings to understand their rights, and build practical skills to help create and contribute to safer work environments.

Duration: 3.5 hours (may vary slightly depending on group engagement)

  • The ability to define, identify, and respond to workplace sexual harassment.

  • An understanding of the gendered drivers of violence and other causal factors.

  • An understanding of the nature and impact of workplace sexual harassment in Australia.

  • Skills to promote safe, appropriate bystander action to challenge and work to prevent workplace sexual harassment.

  • A PowerPoint presentation (we’re arranging a suitable venue).

  • Interactive activities, discussions, and opportunities to reflect and consolidate your learning.

  • Work booklets with info, resources, and support services to take away.
