Izaak De Winter - Principal, Bentleys Tasmania
Izaak is a highly respected and experienced advisor with diverse experience working with clients across a range of sectors. He built a successful business and tax advisory practice within the Premium Business Group, which merged with Bentleys on 1 January 2023. 
Izaak came on board to strengthen Bentleys’ business advisory capacity, drawing on his experience from former Accounting, Management and Financial Controller roles. Izaak entered the business and tax advisory industry in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Business Economics) and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (CA). 
Izaak enjoys building professional relationships with his clients to better understand their needs and goals. His goal is to educate and improve his clients’ knowledge and understanding, by implementing a new-generation approach (through technology) to ensure streamlined service delivery.

Alex Townsend - Partnerships Manager, Choice Energy
Alex is a commerce graduate from Deakin University, with a major in marketing. This background, coupled with a passion for helping others, has led Alex to develop a strong interest in working with industry bodies and associations to support their members.
Alex brings many years of energy industry experience, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
