Description
Join pro photographer and digital artist Michelle Kennedy @michellekennedy.sonyadvocate, and star cosplayer @soylentcosplay for another two-part studio photography and photo editing journey inspired by one of beautiful character designs in all of Star Wars.
This event (workshop 1) is a hands-on experience that puts participants behind the lens to photograph Shaak Ti, the Jedi Master who served as one of the final members of the Jedi High Council before the Great Jedi Purge. Throughout the session, you'll learn how to create striking character portraits using professional studio lighting, creative posing techniques.
Designed for photographers looking to strengthen their portrait and cosplay photography skills, this workshop explores how professionals approach character-driven imagery, from capturing authentic expressions and dynamic poses to planning images that can be transformed into cinematic artwork during post-production.
Michelle will demonstrate techniques for maximizing image quality, managing studio lighting, and shooting with the final creative vision in mind. Participants will have ample opportunities to photograph the model and build a portfolio of unique fantasy-inspired images.
