In this workshop session, you will look at how to plan your workforce needs, identify opportunities to improve job design and build more flexible, inclusive ways of working that can adapt as your business grows.

• A clearer understanding of how to use workforce planning to support your business goals 

• Practical ways to review roles, responsibilities and job design 

• Tools to strengthen flexible, inclusive workplace practices
