But I found ways to get control amongst the chaos, reduce my stress, and actually feel calm (most of the time). I have implemented specific tools into my own life to create more balance and I can’t wait to share what has completely transformed my own life.

About Sarah:
Sarah is a mother of three currently ages 5 years and twins who are 3 years. After returning to work after her first baby Sarah realised that the juggle was seriously real. Trying to have a flourishing career and be a hands-on, present mum was not easy. Along came the twins and a whole new level of juggle began.
Sarah went on an incredible journey with her own mindset and implemented tools that allowed her to go from barely surviving to thriving as a working mum.
Sarah is the proud author of two books: “Working Mothers Inspiring Others” and “Working Dads and Balancing Acts”, runs workshops for organsiations to support their working parents and helps busy mums to live happier, more fulfilled lives.
