A master of career change herself, she has intimate experience from frontline to executive roles across Local Government, Hospitality, Communications, Technology, Finance, Education and Retail sectors. Founding Brilliance Inspired in 2014 was her opportunity to bring her passion to life and help others build their dream careeres.

Jolynne has a Masters in Strategic Organisational Development, Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, Advanced Practitioner of Coaching and Certified Meta Dynamics Practitioner. She is happily married and mother of a young toddler and is currently writing a book to help career focussed parents survive their first year of parenthood.
