Are you interested in herbal foraging and wild-crafting? We have amazing plants locally which can be used to make herbal remedies that nurture the body and promote good health. This workshop we will be highlighting the white willow (Salix alba), famous for being a source of salicylates which are related to aspirin. This is a herbal anti-inflammatory medicine! Come and learn about this fascinating plant and make some herbal remedies for yourself.
