Workshop | Building Effective Partnerships in Ballarat

What will this workshop be about?
This free workshop aims to identify various types of partnerships that will add value to community groups, understanding barriers to effective partnerships and the benefits of partnership. This interactive workshop will cover:
- Understanding partnerships, what it entails and when to seek them
- What is the value of partnerships?
- Identifying community partners: stakeholder mapping
- Environmental scanning: what does it mean? Why is it important?
- Building relationships with stakeholders: allowing relationships to grow
- Developing partnership agreements (memorandum of understanding) with a community partner
Who is this workshop suited for?
This workshop is for organisations, leaders, advocates, community groups and clubs working with people living with disability based in the City of Ballarat region only.
