About the facilitator:

Wendy Winsley is a Brisbane based sculptural artist, with over 25 years teaching experience within the public and private sectors. Telling stories is her passion and working in the sculptural format allows her to convey snippets of time, things she finds interesting or amusing and illustrates beauty. Ceramics, felting, mixed media and printmaking all play a role in her creative practice. Using such diverse media has allowed to her follow any flight of fancy. When building in clay becomes too intensely messy, she turn to the more meditative processes of felting and textiles. Wendy's creative practice has, over time, developed a natural ebb and flow of energy and output.
