Workshop: The Essentials of Plant Based Nutrition

Are you vegetarian or vegan and want to ensure you're getting enough nutrients in your diet? Do you want to adopt a plant-based lifestyle? Or perhaps you're a parent of child/ren who don't want to eat meat?
Then this workshop is for you.
You will learn:
- Why a balanced plant-based approach can be fabulous for your health.
- How to current assess your nutritional status, including a self-assessment of your current diet and any risk factors.
- What nutritional requirements to consider when adopting a plant-based approach.
You will also receive plant-based family-friendly recipes, so you can bring in more more nutrients and minerals into your diet (digital).
The workshop is recorded, which means if you're unable to attend you'll be provided the recording. In the meantime please send me any questions so I can address them in the workshop.
