Workshop: Slow Stitched Book Bag

Enjoy the gentle practice of slow stitching and create a beautiful bag to hold your current read, craft project, or anything else you might carry with you.

Working with repurposed or remnant cloth and salvaged thread, participants will learn how to stitch, embellish and assemble their own unique bag, using simple techniques that encourage slow crafting and embrace imperfection.

This workshop is suitable for all skill levels and participants will be provided with everything they need to complete their very own bag.

This workshop is facilitated by multidisciplinary artist Elizabeth Graves @ofskyandmountain who works with natural and sustainable materials with an interest in ancestral crafts.
