I feel so relieved that the challenges I'm facing with my daughter are part of growing up and that I have strategies I can try.

Description
As your child grows, their needs change. Many families notice a shift that begins around age 8 and continues into the teen years. This can bring more emotions and new challenges.
This workshop will give you practical ways to support your child’s growing independence, build their confidence, and feel more prepared for what lies ahead.
You’ll learn
About the emotional, physical and social changes that come with adolescence.
