Work Stream Sessions: Who's on your team? Building your personal cheer squad

Behind every great career is a group of people cheering you on — the ones who give honest advice, challenge your thinking, and help you level up. But most of us build these networks by chance, not by design.

This session is your chance to change that. Led by Natalie Ferguson and Kristen Lunman from Powrsuit, you’ll learn how to intentionally create your own “personal board of directors” — a trusted circle who’ll help guide your decisions, celebrate your wins, and keep you accountable to your goals.

In this interactive session, you’ll:

• Learn what a personal board of directors is — and why they work.

• Build your first board on the spot.

• Test your first board meeting and leave with a plan to put it into action.
