Happy World Bee Day!

As part of these celebration, Bee Queens is again hosting a Big Bee Morning Tea to celebrate World Bee Day and to fundraise for the Wheen Bee Foundation.

We are inviting everyone to attend this event (male, female, children, non binary - everyone welcome) to help us raise funds for the work the Wheen Bee Foundation undertakes, promoting bees and advocating or their well being.

This event will start with a bee disease presentation from Tasmanian Varroa Development Officer, Carson McGinty and will finish with a 'how to' make honey mead.

  • $2 gold coin donation for Wheen Bee Foundation
  • lunch (there is a cafe nearby if needed)
