World Breathing Day - Crawley

It's World Breathing Day!!  

The theme for this year's WBD is "RECONNECT & BREATHE TOGETHER".

With this is mind, we would love to invite you to join us to celebrate with a gorgeous night of connection at the beautiful Shine MindBody Studio in Crawley. 

Whether this is your first time to try breathwork or you are a seasoned breather, you are so welcome.

Arrive at 5.45 for a 6pm start.

BYO journal if you have one, your favourite mug, a water bottle & wear non-restrictive clothing.  We will have everything you need so if you forget something it's no problem, just bring your lovely self.

We will share some nibbles, herbal tea and cacao as Tash and I share our favourite and most impactful breathwork experience with you.  

We will then move into supported intention setting.  Followed by a 60 minute gentle breath cycle and a debrief.  

This will be a beautiful night of celebration, connection and of course, the nourishing and restorative breath.
