Start your week with calm, clarity, and connection. Join us for a relaxing Mindfulness Session designed to help you slow down, reset, and focus on your wellbeing.
Thursday 12 November
9:30am – 11:30am
The Annexe at 4 George Street (Pls proceed via the side metal gate, no need to enter reception)
This session will guide you through simple mindfulness techniques you can use in everyday life to reduce stress and feel more present. No experience needed — just come as you are.
Snacks, coffee and tea will be provided. Registrations are required
