On Friday, October 25th, the Frangipani Ballroom at Emporium Hotel South Bank will transform into the ultimate destination for Champagne enthusiasts. The "Tour de Champagne" offers an exquisite celebration of World Champagne Day, uncorking over $70,000 worth of Champagne from 27 of the world’s most renowned Champagne houses.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore and taste 52 different cuvée's, featuring selections from prestigious houses such as Ayala, Billecart-Salmon, Bollinger, De Saint-Gall, Maison Mumm, Perrier-Jouët, RSRV by Maison Mumm, and many more. Each Champagne offers a distinct flavour profile, transporting attendees to the vineyards of Northeast France.

The evening will be complemented by a range of gourmet pairings, including fresh oysters, a variety of delicate canapés, and an assortment of French cheeses, highlighted by the regal Tête de Moine.

For those seeking an elevated experience, the Premium Admission provides access to a curated selection of 12 rare and grand cru Champagnes, including the De Saint Gall Orpale Blanc de Blancs 2008 , Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2014, Louis Roederer Cristal 2015, Ayala Collection No.16, Bollinger PN AYC18 Blanc de Noirs 2018 and more, offering a tasting journey that promises to delight even the most discerning palates.

As guests travel through the Champagne houses, they can capture memories at the G.H. Mumm Champagne photo spot and document their tasting journey with personalised postcards.
