Event description

To celebrate World Environment Day (5th June), the City of Stirling is sharing knowledge about some quirky creatures called Quendas, that call Stirling their home.

During this 1.5 hr information night we will be joined by experts to share their recent research in Stirling reserves:

  • Citywide photo monitoring - Pippa Clifton, Honours Student at Murdoch University and Kate Bryant Senior Lecturer at Murdoch
  • Star Swamp Quenda Trapping Program - Dr. Anna Hopkins, Senior Lecturer at ECU (Edith Cowan University)

At the end we will share some tips on how to create a wildlife friendly garden that supports animals including Quendas and host an open Q & A session.
