Event description

Did you know that many young adults worldwide unknowingly have risk factors for heart disease?

STRYDE with us on Sunday 20.10.2024, in honour of World Heart Day, at our fundraising fun run to raise awareness for heart health. Proceeds will be going to the Australian Heart Foundation. 

We are on a mission to get more young adults active, healthy, and empowered to improve their heart health through education and social engagement.

Let's get active together - think running/walking with your friends, heart-healthy giveaways, with a coffee & social, all while doing it for a fantastic cause. We will also be holding a raffle with some great prizes - all registrations include 1 x raffle ticket (additional tickets available).
