World Mental Health Day - 432 Hz Electronic Sound Bath by Essence Electric (Atropolis), ft. Mano
Description
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, Sound by the Sea invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reset.
THE 10:10 PORTAL features ESSENCE ELECTRIC — a 432 Hz electronic sound bath by @essence_electric, a project by @atropolis.
Manipulated nature recordings are transformed into 432 Hz frequencies and layered with ceramic flutes also tuned to 432 Hz, creating an immersive listening experience and an invitation to turn inward, breathe, and create a little more space for yourself.
Throughout the afternoon, @serg.mano sets the palette with selections spanning Jazz, Boogaloo, Latin, Tropicalia, Deep House y vibras.
A different kind of Saturday afternoon at Sound by the Sea — built around sound, stillness, connection, and taking a moment to check in.
