World Mental Health Day Yoga Flow and Coffee
Event description
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session to celebrate World Mental Health Day! This free event is open to all students and staff, taking place from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on the Barr Smith Lawns.
We’ll begin with a Welcome to Country to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, followed by an hour of guided yoga to help promote mental and physical wellbeing.
After the session, students can enjoy a complimentary coffee from our and connect with the community. Please bring a towel or mat, but don't worry if you don’t have one—we’ll have a limited supply available.
Everyone is welcome, so come as you are and take time for yourself on this important day!
