World Polio Day Happy Hour 10/23

Join us on Wednesday, October 23rd, to do good, have fun, and help #EndPolioNow!  Your support will help save a child from polio, a devastating yet easily preventable illness.

Rotary and Rotaract Clubs across Manhattan are coming together to raise money for Polio Plus for World Polio Day (officially 10/24).  Forty five years ago, the president of Rotary International immunized a child against polio.  Now, through decades of work by Rotary and partners, more than 2.5 BILLION children have received the oral polio vaccine, AND all funds raised are matched 2:1 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.  So every dollar you donate becomes $3!  Learn more about Rotary & Polio here.

We'd love to see you at The Green Room at Backstage Tavern.  Appetizers included in your ticket purchase, with more food available to order.  All drinks are cash bar.

The suggested donation is $25, BUT donations over $50 have a chance for fun raffle prizes, and with a donation of $100 or more you join the Polio Plus Society AND have a chance to become a Paul Harris Fellow (a way to recognize donors to the Rotary Foundation & Polio Plus).  And If you can't make it, please still consider a donation to help us end polio.  We are THIS CLOSE!  (since 1988, cases are down 99.9%)
