    Event description

    World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) is an annual awareness day observed on 10 September with the aim of providing worldwide commitment and action to prevent suicides. The not-for-profit Sabrina's Reach4Life has hosted the event in the NT since 2019. The theme for this year's event is Change the Narrative on Suicide, Start the Conversation, Here with Us. 

    Day 1 comprises a day full of local and national keynote speakers, presentations and panel discussions with people who are expert in their field and those with a lived experience of recovery, mental ill health and/or suicide. 

    Day 2 includes a Networking Breakfast with local organisations talking about their programs and services, a choice of Workshops till lunchtime, followed by an afternoon offering a choice of Training in suicide prevention.

    The Forum also includes Q&A panel discussions and industry information stalls. There will be more detailed information in the Program coming soon!!!!!

    Day 2 ~ Workshops & Training are inclusive of a paid ticket purchase.

        To register for the MATES training and to be able to attend ASIST or MHFA training is essential
