WOTCH Over Our Forests - Film Premiere
Event description
Wildlife Of The Central Highlands invites you to an evening at Black Spark Cultural Centre on Friday 22nd April, to the premiere of our short film WOTCH Over Our Forests by Manic Seeds Media.Â
The film showcases the incredible work of this highly dedicated grassroots group across the Central Highlands on unceded Taungurung, Wurundjeri, Woi Wurrung and Gunnai Kurnai Country. It explores the various issues of logging our native forests, spurring on volunteers seeking to protect some of Victoria's most unique and threatened animals.Â
Join us for a special evening! There will be a pot luck dinner, so bring along a plate of your favourite food to share (vegetarian and vegan options encouraged).
We will also share the film live via zoom for those who can't make it to the venue on the night.Â
