Event description

Learn how to make beautiful woven beaded bracelets as part of Ballarat Pride Month 2025!

All materials will be provided to make 2 bracelets per participant.

You will learn how to do the square knot, sometimes known as the friendship bracelet knot, how to add beads, and use those skills to make size adjustable bracelets. 

Wear your pride on your sleeve 🏳️‍🌈✨🏳️‍⚧️

Age group: ages 10+. Participants under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Younger participants may struggle with the woven portion, they are welcome to make plaited or straight bracelets.

Please do not attend if you have cold or flu symptoms.

This workshop is run by Ballarat Art and Craft, lead by local artist Caitlin Hope Brown, as part of Ballarat Pride Month 2025.
