Nourish Your Body and Soul 🍲

Enjoy a deliciously nourishing cup of soup, served to ground and uplift us all.

When: Friday 13th June 5-8pm. Arrival 5-5:15pm*.

Where: Burleigh Heads Anglican Church Hall (top of hill to left hand side).

Address: 14 Park Avenue, Burleigh Heads

*We will be closing the doors to begin with a meditation at 5:15pm, so please arrive efficiently and get settled in.

What to Bring

- Yoga mat or cushion or floor chair for comfort, blanket

- Drinking water/tea flask (there are no drinks served on the night)

Open Mic Details 🎤

- We will set up a good sound system and provide the microphone/s and guitar to use on the night. We want to keep it raw and stripped back to assist with changeovers, and also keep an organic vibe. No pedal rigs / drum kits / complex set-ups please. You are welcome to use your own guitar, but will also be welcome to use the one provided (Kate’s guitar).

- Sign up by placing your name in the hat at the door upon entry. Artists will be selected randomly out of the hat and invited to share their song/poem/story.
