INTRODUCTION TO REFLEXOLOGY – HOBART

Curious about reflexology and want to learn the basics in a practical, supportive environment?

Join us for a one-day Introduction to Reflexology class in Hobart and discover the foundations of this fascinating complementary therapy.

During the day you will:

  • Learn what reflexology is and how it is traditionally used

  • Explore reflexology zones and foot reflex areas

  • Learn basic reflexology techniques

  • Practise hands-on techniques with a partner

  • Discover how to create a relaxing reflexology treatment

  • Learn about consultation, client care and treatment preparation

  • Develop practical skills you can use at home or build upon with further study

No previous experience is required.

Whether you are interested in reflexology for personal wellbeing, family and friends, or as the first step towards professional training, this introductory class is a wonderful opportunity to learn something new.
