Write to Be 10 Year Celebration!

Join for us a weekend of celebrating Write to Be's 10 year anniversary! In honor of International Day of the Girl and in celebration of our 10-year anniversary, we want to raise $10,000 to fund our programs that support women and girls in Les Cayes, Haiti. All donations contribute towards our Fi Ki Fò ("strong girl") after school program. Our fundraising events will be: Friday October 10 from 6-9pm at Dacha Beer Garden for a toast to Write to Be + all night happy hour specials. Expect stories, reflections, and a toast to our community on Friday. Saturday October 11 from 10:30am-12:30pm at Rock Creek Park, Picnic Grove #7 for a fun run/ walk. We’ll continue the celebration by lacing up our sneakers to run, walk, hike, or hangout along with other Write to Be supporters on Saturday. 💜Thank you for being part of our community!
