For adults and seniors

Write Your Life is a supportive, term-based program designed for those who want to record their life story.

Meeting weekly, participants will gradually develop their stories and writing skills in a safe and encouraging space.
Each session includes guided writing exercises, story-sharing, constructive feedback, and practical tasks to inspire writing both in and out of the sessions.

Participants must be available for all session dates:

Saturday 10 May, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 17 May, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 24 May, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 31 May, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 7 June, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 14 June, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 21 June, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 28 June, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Saturday 5 July, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
