Writing your own user manual allows you to have a detailed document to help both yourself and others understand how you thrive.
What to do when you are tired or grumpy? how do your react to this or that? How to troubleshoot... it can be incredibly useful for partners, friends and family.
What will we cover?
In this class you'll be talked through the benefits and a step by step guide on creating your own User Manual and how to best share it with others. We'll cover useful sections to include, identify ways to work out important additions, and discuss who to share it with and why.
What will you need?
You will require a method to write (digital or old pen and paper). Templates will be provided for computer, but you can also write on paper if you prefer.

Who will be teaching?
Nick Wolf is a life long Self Improvement Junkie, with a fascination in personal documentation and and self reflection. When he's not seeking to understand the world, he's often focused on Non For Profit Governance, Boylesque dancing, Sex Education and LARP. You can watch his eyes light up when you mention feedback.
