Translating the visual and emotional experience of art into words is not easy.  So why write about art? How can writing about art be part of the creative process for artists? What role does language play in opening art up to new audiences? 

On this panel of three La Trobe writers, art historian Dr Caroline Wallace is joined by artist Dr George Criddle and curator Amelia Wallin to discuss the critical role that writing plays in their work.
