You may think that living sustainably is too hard and expensive, but that's not the case!

If you want to help the planet and change the way you spend your money but don't know where to start, this practical guide by Lottie Dalziel is the answer, showing you that sustainable, low-waste living is possible on a budget.

Note: Guests are invited to bring along any ‘hard’ to recycle items to toss into the BRAD mega box. 2kg bag maximum weight per person.

About the author

Lottie Dalziel is a sustainability guru, journalist, podcaster and founder of education platform Banish, and its recycling initiative, BRAD. She's appeared on shows on ABC TV, Channel 10 and Channel 7 as well as in magazines like Better Homes and Gardens. She was the 2023 NSW Young Australian of the Year and was named as one of Asia's Forbes 30 Under 30.

This event is a collaboration between North Sydney Council Green and Writers @ Stanton for Climate Action Week Sydney. Organised in partnership with Constant Reader Bookshop.

Accessibility

This event will be held on Level 1 and is accessible for people using mobility aids via lift. A hearing loop is also installed.
