Writing Effective Policies and Procedures

Human resource (HR) policies are an essential tool in a business, providing employees with an understanding of expected standards while providing guidelines for how the business should operate. In this workshop, you will learn the importance of HR policies and the difference between a policy and a procedure. 

Go through the step by step process of structuring and writing a HR policy for your business using a policy template as your guide. Learn how to communicate your policies to your employees and the steps you can take if there is a policy breach.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
