Writing for Everyone
Event description
Writing for Everyone
Are you looking for a creative outlet or wanting to enhance your storytelling skills? This workshop is an opportunity for adults living with disability, mental health, and chronic conditions to explore writing and sharing their stories in a fun and relaxed environment.
Join Sally Gardiner as she helps you develop your writing skills over six weekly sessions with the sixth week being an opportunity to showcase your work to friends, family, and carers. No experience is needed, just a willingness to tell stories and try something new.
Sally comes to us with a wealth of teaching experience and holds a Bachelor of English Literature, Graduate Diploma of Education and Master of Inclusive Education.
This six-week workshop will be held in the ground floor Activity Room at the Albury LibraryMuseum with wheelchair access and close to accessible toilets. Free wi-fi and light refreshments included.
