Event description

Join us for a special evening exploring your creativity in this writing workshop.

Starting with a mindful meditation to connect deeper with nature through using all of our senses you be be presented with 3 invitations to inspire written expression, creativity and release on paper or in the sand with effortless flow.

You do not need to be a writer to join in, this workshop is not about producing a novel or award winning poetry but using writing as a process to unlock words that often feel stuck.  Nature has all the inspiration we need.  Come and try writing with flow for fun, connection and to improve our wellbeing.
