Inspired by Queensland Writers Centre's popular Writing Fridays, Writing Mondays is ideal for writers at all levels.
Sessions follow the Pomodoro Technique which involves a series of 25-minute writing sessions interspersed with 5-minute breaks. After every third "Pomodoro" we take a longer, 15-minute break to relax and recharge.
The 25-minute writing stints make it easy to focus and to get words on the page, while the breaks give you time to connect with other writers in your community.
The overall result is improved productivity and the chance to form a connection with the local writing community.
For more info come along to one of our fortnightly sessions, and/or subscribe to the Writing Friday Bulletin for the latest news and announcements.
