Writing Through Grief – A 12-Week Healing Journey
Join us for a tender, supportive space where grief has room to be witnessed, not fixed. Over 12 weeks, we’ll explore the landscape of loss through guided writing prompts, reflection, and optional sharing in a safe circle.
Each session weaves together the emotional depth of loss-oriented healing with gentle steps toward restoration and renewal. No writing experience is needed—just a willingness to show up with your grief, however it looks.
Come as you are. Your story, your tears, your love, and your silence are all welcome here.
Please bring your pen, journal and mug for your herbal tea.
