    Whether you are writing fiction, non-fiction or something more therapeutic like morning pages, this technique will help you to silence your inner critic and find your flow, writing with freedom and ease. Join other local writers in a supportive environment, where you will be taken on a short, guided meditation to help you overcome any blocks. Once you fall into a trance-like state you'll begin automatically writing as soon as your pen touches the paper. No writing experience is needed, just a willingness to let go, follow the process and write from your heart!

    Guy, a former editor, who currently works in marketing and communications, began teaching this technique online during lockdown, and has successfully shared it with hundreds of writers from many different countries.
