Event description

Join me for an immersive writing workshop focused on personal development and self-exploration.

During this session, we will use writing prompts and exercises designed to foster self-reflection around endings and new beginnings.

Whether you are looking to enhance your self-leadership skills or simply want to delve deeper into your inner world, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in using writing as a tool for personal growth.

To stimulate your thinking, you are welcome to read this brief reflection: "Endings, Leavings & New Beginnings" (3 min)

Please observe the following guidelines:

  • Be on time. Due to the contemplative nature of these sessions Zoom will lock at 10 minutes into the session and late arrivals will not be admitted on that occasion. Please come again.
  • You can write in any language you like.
  • Please join with your video on, the groups will be small and intimate and your presence creates deeper connection and intimacy – we’re all in this together.
  • Only humans are allowed, bots will be removed.
  • The facilitator reserves the right to remove any person whose conduct becomes unreasonably disruptive to the rest of the group.

    About the Facilitator:

My name is Agnieszka Walczuk. I work as a Somatic Therapist & Leadership Coach at LeaderKind Ltd. I use developmental tools and trauma informed approaches to help leaders and senior professionals transform pain into purpose and through high integrity leadership create what matters most.

I also trained in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes at Metanoia Institute and enjoy curating reflective spaces where people can experience the transforming power of writing for self-healing, deepening self-knowledge and expanding their consciousness as leaders in the communities they’re a part of.

The purest expression of my leadership in the world is through teaching and sharing my wisdom. My experiences of school were not free of mischief, which did not always end well, and I find redemption in helping others discover the power and magic of insight in a warm-hearted and loving environment.
