Event description
Living from psychological wellbeing supports overall wellbeing. Come along to this ‘seed-planting’ one day workshop on how stress affects the interaction of the mind, brain, emotions and body to create the psychological and physical health we experience; and how personal writing can interrupt and rewire what’s maladaptive. BYO journal, writing will be required!

About your facilitator
Georgina is a psychologist who has been the facilitator of journal writing group for cancer patients at Solariscare, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. She is trained in Reminiscence Therapy for older adults. Georgina runs a monthly small journal writing circle for women and participates in monthly international journal writing circles. Member of the Society of Women Writers WA.
