The Warnbro Swans Football Club invites you to our 2026 Awards Night at the Novotel Perth Langley Hotel.

Tickets are $170 and this includes:

3 Course Meal

4 Hours of free flowing Beer, Wine, Cider & Soft Drink

There will be additional spirits available to purchase at the bar.

You are expected to arrive at 6:30pm and will be seated by 7pm.

We expect the formalities of the evening to conclude by 9pm, after that time the DJ will begin and there will be a photo booth available for 2 hours.

11pm is the scheduled finish time, with the venue to be vacated by 12am.

Life Members, Under 18s and anyone with a health reason that requires a non-alcoholic ticket are required to email wsfsamedia@gmail.com and you will be provided with a code to purchase your tickets.

Anyone who purchases their ticket by 11:59pm on the 31st of July will go in the running to win:

Overnight stay in the Classic Queen Room
Buffet breakfast for 2
Parking for 1 vehicle
Late Check out

The winner will be drawn on the 15th of August during the 2/3 vote count in the club room.

(If you book a room prior to winning, you will be able to cancel your current booking for free)

If you book a stay at the Novotel Perth Langley Hotel, please enter the code "NPLMEET" in the PROMO CODE box to receive a discount on your booking.

Please note, there is a strict dress code of Formal Cocktail for this event, if you are under dressed, you will be refused entry. You will also be refused entry if you appear intoxicated while trying to enter the venue.

Tickets are strictly to be purchased by the 19th of September, there will be no exception for late tickets.

Please also note tickets are non refundable.
