WSS Trivia Night 2025 - Under the Sea

Sharpen your trivia skills, grab a group of parents, friends or colleagues and book your table for Wynnum State School’s Under the Sea trivia night! 🦀🐚🦑

Have fun, meet others in our school community and raise important funds for our school. This annual event has gained a reputation not-to-be missed so get in while the early fish tickets are still live!

How does it work? 

• Tables generally seat 8 - 10. If your group is this large choose the option ‘Package Table of 8' or 'Table of 10’. Add a couple of singles if you have 11 or 12.

• If your group is smaller or you would like to book individual tickets choose ‘Book individual seats’ and we will match you with others.

• Early fish tickets are $25 per person. Prices will rise to $30 by 26 July.

• Our theme this year is Under the Sea and you are invited to decorate your table (we recommend including a table cloth). There will be prizes for best dressed and best-decorated table so get as creative as you can!

• We’re offering delicious light platters for pre-order when you book your tickets. Platters will include cheese, crackers, crudite, cold meats and nibbles plus a selection of warm finger food. 

• Some drinks are available for pre-purchase after you book your tickets and we’ll operate a bar on the night. 

• Help us be as sustainable as possible and BYO cup.

• We’ve secured some incredible prizes for raffles throughout the night. 

• And there’s trivia of course! 

• Note: This is an adult only event

Times you should know about:
12-1pm: If you’re super keen you can come early to decorate your table. We do really need you to be finished by 1pm though to help us complete our spectacular set up 🦞 

5pm: Doors open: come dress your table if you haven’t yet, get your raffle tickets and participate in the cent auction, grab a drink, mingle, snap a photo at our photo booth, generally enjoy being out of the house without your children…

6pm: Trivia begins with breaks for  prize draws, best dressed competitions, mingling and chances to buy clues.

9pm: Trivia finishes, music dials up for more mingling and dancing. 

10pm: Bar closes, time to count your winnings and pack up.
