WTT Membership & Annual General Meeting

This is the West Tamar Talks (WTT) Annual General Meeting - open to whoever wants to join our group

For those who want to attend and become a voting member of the group, a membership fee of $20 applies. This is 100% fully refundable 1 day prior to the meeting.

AGENDA:

1. Nominations for Executive Positions:

• President

• Vice President (2 positions)

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Public Officer

Only financial members (paid $20.00) who have attended at least two WTT

meetings will be eligible to nominate for roles and only financial members will

be eligible to vote - if a vote is required.

2. Changes to the West Tamar Talks Incorporated (WTTI) Rules of Association – specifically section 5 –

finances

3. Candidates Event – information and volunteers

• A volunteer moderator for each of the 12 tables

• A facilitator for the whole event

4. West Tamar Community Report – presentation and question time
