Description

Welcome to our beloved monthly gathering:

Women’s Wisdom Circle — October Edition

Women, this is your space.

A place to gather around the fire and simply be.

Together, we learn from one another, listen to our inner wisdom, and create connection and a sense of belonging.

Here, there are no shoulds.

There is nothing you should do, feel, believe, share—or keep quiet.

Here, you can be fully yourself. Whatever version of you wishes to be given space, she is welcome here.

This month’s circle is inspired by the often-conflicting messages we receive about what it means to be feminine—and by the question of how traditionally feminine and masculine qualities might coexist within each of us.

We will begin the evening with a partnered practice of giving and receiving, exploring the symbolic energies of Yin and Yang while practising conscious presence.

Rather than offering you another definition of what it means to be a woman, this experience is an invitation to become curious about your own: what you have inherited, what you have rejected, what feels authentic, and what you may be ready to reclaim.

Following the guided practice, we will close the evening with an optional Hapé offering for those who feel genuinely called to receive this sacred medicine.

The circle will be co-facilitated by Aline Christ, a trauma-informed psychotherapist, and Nanda, who brings her experience in holding ceremonial space and offering Hapé with care and respect.

Through our collective wisdom, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, seen, understood, accepted, and empowered as you continue to become more deeply yourself.

If your heart is quietly saying “yes”, we would love to welcome you into the circle.

What to bring

🌿 A folding chair or another comfortable seat
☕ Your favourite mug or teacup
🧣 A blanket and pillow to help you feel cosy
📖 A journal and pen

There is something quietly beautiful about putting pen to paper. Handwriting has a way of slowing the mind and creating space for deeper reflection.

Hape and Tea information

🌿 Hapé (Optional)

Hapé is a traditional Amazonian sacred plant medicine that has been used ceremonially by Indigenous peoples for generations. It is a finely ground blend of medicinal plants and ashes that is gently administered through the nose using a traditional applicator.

Many people describe Hapé as helping them feel more present, grounded and connected to the moment. Others experience it as an opportunity to pause, quiet the mind and set an intention before entering a reflective practice.

Hapé is offered by Nanda with deep respect for its Indigenous origins and ceremonial traditions.

Receiving Hapé is completely optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

🍵 Ceremonial Herbal Tea (Optional)

You'll be welcomed with a cup of herbal tea, lovingly blended by Aline especially for this circle.

Our current blend contains:

🌿 Mugwort

🌿 Chamomile
🌿 Lavender
🌿 Rose petals

These herbs have been traditionally used to support relaxation, presence and gentle reflection, creating a calming companion for our time together.

Please note: This tea is offered as a traditional herbal infusion for enjoyment and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

Important information about Mugwort

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) has a long history of traditional use in herbal practices and is often associated with dreaming, intuition and reflective practices.

Mugwort is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as it has traditionally been regarded as a uterine stimulant.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have known allergies to plants in the Asteraceae (daisy) family, or have any concerns about drinking this tea, please let us know before the circle. You're also very welcome to bring your own herbal tea if you prefer.

Everything we offer is an invitation. Your choice will always be respected.
